My name is Vera Lucya Claudia Porras, everyone calls me Claudia. I
was born in Lima, Peru. I have been blind since birth. I see through
my music.  I believe that music is my eyes, my wings, my dreams, and
all the good in me. My biggest dream is to be a pop singer.

I was inspired to write Bag of dreams thanks to the love and wonderful
time I spent with my now ex-boyfriend, and also because at the time I
was struggling with school and needed a reminder that I do have a Bag
of Dreams, and I think everyone should have one.

Sorongo & his sisters played a percussive piece for FTR!, and
then the three sisters sang a beautiful song in Swahili.

Ustad Nizami

Ustad Nizami played sitar and sang in Urdu yesterday. He is originally from Pakistan, and has played for 5 U.S. Presidents, Queen Elizabeth, Princess Diana, Yasir Arafat and many other heads of state. He is married with 7 daughters and one son.
